PATHWAYS - THREE VERSIONS

Pathways will soon have 3 versions.

Base Camp, the online system where Pathways is accessed, is moving to a new learning management system (LMS) early in 2024. This will lay the foundation for many exciting improvements to the Pathways learning experience, including easier platform navigation, more frequent content updates, and a future mobile application. We can now share more changes coming with the new LMS in 2024.

A New Learning Management System is Coming (LMS)

Over the past few years, we have worked with our current learning management system (LMS) provider to make enhancements wherever possible. However, we have ultimately determined that the best way to address the greatest challenges faced by members is to engage with a new LMS provider. See more details here.

VERSION ONE

Note: Level 1 has three projects (5 items to complete).
This applies to all paths obtained PRIOR to October 27, 2021.

VERSION TWO

Note: Level 1 now has four projects (6 items to complete).
Two new projects were added: Writing a Speech with a Purpose and Introduction to Vocal Variety and Body Language
AND the Researching and Presenting project was moved to level 3 as an elective.
This applies to all paths obtained AFTER October 27, 2021.

VERSION THREE

Note: Everything remains the same, except now there are only SIX paths to choose from.

Those remaining paths are: Dynamic Leadership, Engaging Humor, Motivational Strategies,

Presentation Mastery, Persuasive Influence, and Visionary Communication.

EXPLORATIONS: Following the new LMS launch in 2024, two explorations will be released, each comprised of three projects.
These explorations will include new projects and focus on the topics of inclusive leadership and presenting yourself online.
As leaders in a global organization, it is critical that we understand how to be inclusive of all people. Projects in the
exploration focused on inclusive leadership will help members recognize and address unconscious bias, build cultural
intelligence, and learn how to nurture supportive relationships.
