Mentorship is an integral part of Toastmasters, with
benefits that reach far beyond the club meeting.
|
Every Toastmaster member in every path is required to
complete the 'Introduction to Toastmasters
Mentoring'. Those who want additional training in
mentoring should persue this program.
The Pathways Mentoring
Program is available after you
have completed one path in Pathways. It's an optional
program that is laid out much like one of the eleven
paths, in that it has projects that must be done
sequentially. |
